Huge file erroring out on upload? There's a setting for that.
RotoTracker is pretty good at handling really big files. We have customers with 50mb+ CSV files being uploaded and processed on our servers. However a few users have reported problems doing really big syncs with RT Sync for Chrome. Some have reported receiving mysterious 502 or 504 error codes after waiting a long time for a file upload.
If that describes your problem, we have a setting just for you. go into Sync Settings in the extension and enable "Upload files in chunks." As the name suggests, this splits up file uploads into smaller files and uploads them one at a time. It's a bit slower, but it will fix your timeout issues.
