RotoTracker is a strictly bankroll and results tracker — so the data you want to be uploading is the results of your contest entries.
The sites RotoTracker supports provide spreadsheet files (called CSV files) of your play history; these files include which contests you've entered with data like the entry cost, what position you finished, amount won, and other relevant details. This is the data RotoTracker uses to analyze your results and provide you with reports.
